Ants if you live on the ground floor. Over all the apartment sizes were good and they allow most pets. But there is lead paint they make you sign an agreement that you will not sue if you get harmed from it. The rent went up every year and the buildings were not that nice for the price and neither was the location. They did keep the grounds clean though because every week at about nine or ten am they would have the landscaping crews out waking up any and every one that worked a night shift job or went to school. The management staff wasnt too helpful either. Did I mention if you park on the side peoples cars get broken into but thats Baltimore for you.
