I am currently living at Chapel Manor Apartments and I wish I never moved there. I have to call maintenance alomore twice a month because something always goes wrong with anything and everything. Every time I call the leasing office to report a problem they treat me like I'm a total idiot. The hallways smell horrible. The dryers in the laundry room don't even dry your clothes all the way. Not to mention when I moved in I had to sign a waiver because the paint on the walls may have lead in it. The windows are definately not enery sufficent like they say on their website. You can feel the cold air coming right through every window. The top parts of the window just slide down from the outside, not very safe! The wall plates are all an ugly beige color. After one month of living there on of our vehicles got a cadilic converter stolen off of it! You know how much they cost to replace' Last thing is that you can hear everything, I walk in the apartment buildings door and can hear everyone, Hello don't we need a little privacy. I can't even have a few friends over without the whole building hearing our conversation! All I have to say is that I should have looked around way more!
