I have no idea what this person is talking about, I've found that this palce is by far the best bang for your buck. sure it's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Also, anyone from this area knows the cost of living is much higher then most anywhere else in this country. The homes for sale in PineyOrchard (where this apartment is at) go for $500K once again you get what you pay for and if you think they are money hungry jerks then you have no idea what the cost of living in this area is or you're use to living in a lower class style apartments. Sure you can find 1 bedroom apartments for half the cost of this place but why would anyone want to lower their standards of living and do that? no thank you!

I think the person who wrote that comment had this community confused with something else. The price is far better than I expected for the space and ammenities. The location is great and they saved me money to help my special needs daughter. By no means are they hungry for money but rather their goal is to please the resident by any means they can. Perhaps this person is coming from an area where they are below poverty level and have no idea of the cost of quality living in America!!!!!

Below poverty level...haha! You people are idiots! The DC area is one of the most expensive places to live in the country and the yuppies here love to waste their money on what they think is "good living." You could get places better than this for less in great parts of the country. You people need to wake up! If you're used to paying these kind of prices then of course your perception is clouded! It's funny too how people live packed into these tiny areas where no one has space, and somehow that's good living...wow! Regardless of the market prices, however, there's still money hungriness going on around here so I agree with the first post. Wake up yuppies!
