I can't figure out what the person before me ment by that statement.

IMO this place is by far the best bang for your buck place to live in Anne Arundel County. I agree its not cheap but, you do get what you pay for.

I currently pay $1280 for a 1 bedroom apartment with my own garage.

I also have use of SEVEN swimming pools, 2 gyms, ice rink, 45 acre natural park, our own food lion, blockbuster... the list goes on and on.....

I researched apartments in the Annapolis area and found that for what I wanted "1 bedroom/garage" it was going to cost me AT LEAST $1350 a month. When I found this place I signed a lease the very next day.

So far things have been good. The place is located in www.pineyorcard.com most houses in this area are going for well over $500K
I believe I found the best apartment in all of Anne Arundel County.

also, being that it's in Pineyorchard there is ZERO traffic. the only street noises you can here is from the local cars from people who live in pineyorchard.
