Fieldstone Farm is a beautiful apartment community and our brand new unit is awesome. I love the carpet, hardwood floors, fireplace, and brand new appliances. The full size washer/dryer is a huge plus for us! The walk in closets and linen closets are fabulous and accomodate our large storage needs.

Maintenance has been fast and courteous and the staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. The grounds and common areas are very well maintained and manicured.

Commuting to both DC (via Marc) and Baltimore is convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within 5-20 minutes away. Outside parking is always available and it is FREE and unlimited. I especially love the free "car wash!"

By moving to Odenton, we were able to double the size of our apartment to a 2 bed/2 bath for the same price we paid in DC for a 1 bed/1 bath apartment.

Piney Orchard is a safe, family-friendly community and we couldn't be happier with our decision to move here.
