The apartments look nice, but they are not constructed to provide any sort of sound insulation. We can hear everything from our neighbors upstairs. Gets intolerable when they are blaring their stereo. Also, do not recommend living anywhere near the party room. The apartments that back to the woods is probably a better choice. Other than the noise, it's okay, but pricey. Pet friendly apartment and tenants.

I am thinking about moving into the 2806 bldg on the third floor, would noise be a problem in that building? I'm just scared to move into the buildings overlooking strawberry lake way for fear of road noise.
