I moved into FFA in January 2009. I'm writing this review after living there for one month. I've never had any problems with the office staff. The only problem that I have had is with the maintence procedures. The maintenance workers themselves are great, but you have to be proactive if you have an issue that isn't fixed on the first visit. For example, if a part has to be ordered to fix a problem, then you will have to call them to check and see if the part has arrived.
The rent is a bit high. I think it should be a little bit lower. The location of FFA is great. Your two miles from an area that has a barber, grocery store, subway, video rental, and a few very nice restaurants. Gorc park is right across the street and has a nature trail.
I've never had a problem with noise coming from my neighbors. All of the people seem to be really respectful and respectable.
