Overall positive experience. Office/maintenance staff have been easy to work with and very communicative. Constructive criticism could regarding poor WiFi signal quality resulting in underutilized common spaces (Cafe/LeaseBuildingLounge/Building7Lounge) can be taken into consideration as an area of improvement.

There are great amenities and friendly staff. Package pick up at the office is very convenient. They frequently hold community events and make frequent improvements to the facilities. The neighbors are friendly and the area is quiet. Occasionally they have food trucks scheduled.

I have enjoyed my time here. The staff is friendly and the property is kept clean. It's very easy to get my packages from the leasing office and I love all of the events that the office prepares. It helps the community feel togetherness.

my moderate expectations are met. Bit concerned about vehicle safety parking outside-ofcourse everybody cannot get a garage-but hiring security services to patrol premises at night will deter the thieves and restore resident confidence in the out door parkings.

This complex has started to go down hill. We had several cars stolen, it's getting loud, and always smells like weed. It's a beautiful place to live and the staff is kind and helpful, but I'm concerned about the direction things are going.
