Expensive, but Nice

I have lived here about 6 months--not a single problem so far. Definitely not the cheapest place, but it's worth it. Very quiet, pool, fitness center, seems like a really safe neighborhood. You have to pay for a fitness center pass, and to bring visitors. Only like $20, but it's annoying when you pay 1100 per month to live here! But, like I said, if that's the biggest complaint I have so far, this place is pretty great.
Ok, so to update my earlier review-- I just moved out of the Groves after living there for about 3 years. Our experience there was nothing but positive--the neighborhood is well kept and safe, I never had any problems with the office or maintenance staff, and I never had any noise problems (although I did live on the 3rd floor). For an apartment rental complex, I think it's as nice as you're going to get. Keep in mind that most people who are happy with the place probably won't get online and write a review--I think you're seeing a disproportionate number of negative reviews on this site, vs how many people are actually satisfied with the place. One think to check into, though, would be the last reviewer's issue, and whether they are having sketchy people handle the maintenance after hours. It's important to know your loved ones are safe if you're not there...
