These apartments look great from the outside, but they are actually very poorly and cheaply built. Maybe it's not so bad on the top floor, but I live on the bottom floor and I swear there's a herd of elephants living above me.
You hear every single move they make, and after complaining several times, NOTHING has changed.
Also when my neighbors flush their toilet, the pipes in the master bathroom bang for 5 minutes! It's nearly impossible to sleep through that.
I can't believe I pay this much for an apartment and get no peace and quiet. I've paid much less and lived on the first floor in other apartments, and I've never had to put up with this before living in this "premiere" community.
I simply cannot recommend this apartment to anyone.

I live on the bottom floor and I have the same problem. I don't hear toilets but I hear every other move the person above me makes.
