I find the 2 women who work in the rental office to be extremely rude.
They are not helpful & anytime I have called with a question/ concern they have been snotty. Unfortunately I love everything else. The grounds are kept up, the layout of the apartment is beautiful.

I just think for the price I am being charged in rent.. the rental office could be a bit more friendly!

I agree. I've only talked to one of the women in the office and she is very rude.
