We love this place. It's within 7 min drive to Marc train station for commuter to DC, and has a beautiful pond with community center and within walking distance to the nature preserve area. The Apt area is very safe with nice friendly neighbors. Building is very well insulated and noise is very minimal from upstairs. I would recommend this place for people who look for a good location and a safe quiet place to live. The cost is also relatively reasonable compare to the other expensive apartment.

This sounds like someone trying to sell me something. I must have missed the pond. I don't see it anywhere. Noise is terrible. Even after renting for a year and giving notice, I want to do month to month for about 2 months while looking for a bigger place and they are raising the rent $150 for each month because I won't resign for another whole year.

The pond is right next door. Between the big community center and behind the shopping center.
