 The management staff is horrible. The apartment complex is safe, but it sits in the middle of a ghetto. Its a shame that the neighbor is so horrible.

 First of all, avoid Seven Oaks at all costs if you can. Go over to Piney Orchard. Seven Oaks is proof that ghetto is not just a place, it is a mindset. This is a beautiful area with expensive homes ... more
