Overall, community is nicely cared for on the exterior. The service from the office staff was lackluster at best. Took 4 tries to get my lease renewal over 5 months. Did not mind the price so much as the trash piled up and up and up next to the compactor. You would think for close to $1500/mo you could have a decent trash removal service. Only had to worry about snow once, but took 2 1/2 days to clear out. Pool was always clean and well maintained.

Must agree with previous review that as far as I can tell, the filter for the heating/cooling system has never been changed.
