OK, but not great

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
It's a nice complex, but the office staff is rude and unprofessional. We were shown a beautiful model unit, but the one we got was pretty shoddy. And the dumpster was always overflowing. Sometimes you can't even get near it there's so much trash piled up.
