This place is good if you want to rely on maintenance staff alone. The rental office/ property manager are money hungry and will get you for every last issue. Additionally, you can here your neighbors and parking pretty much sucks, unless you pay a monthly fee for the covered, assigned parking. I wouldnt recommend it unless you have lots of money to front and are willing to deal with the noise of the neighbors.
