I find this place great! The prices are a little high, but the neighborhood is fantastic for families and I feel very safe here! I will admit the rental management is rude and a little obnoxious to say the least... but they get stuff done. No bug issues, no maintenance issues, no safety issues! So long the price doesn't sky rocket up, I can see myself here till the time comes to buy a house. Oh, and if you need a lot of storage though, this place may not be for you... there's not much of it! LOL But the appliances are very good quality... even my mother in law is jealous over them! :)
