I have lived at Riverscape for almost 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of almost immediately and the office staff is always eager to help. The price is a little higher than others but the amenities and quality make up for it. There is a 24 hour fitness center, pool tables, and even biking trails right on property. I save money on gym memberships and recreation. I have also received a $500 check on two occasions because I had two friends move in.
