Riverscape apartments are alright. Great area, close to everything, very safe place to live. The staff are friendly, and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. If I were you, I would look into a cheaper place close by, because this place is way overpriced for what you get. The parking is a pain (unless you want to pay extra for covered parking), the walls are very thin, I can hear my neighbors shower, wash laundry, and just about everything else. The pipes in the walls are old, you hear all the water running through the pipes in the walls when people do dishes or laundry. My shower has a high pitched squeal everytime I use it, but I was told it could not be fixed. My toilet has been repaired twice, and my washing machine had to be replaced. If you do plan to move here, pick the top floor! Unless heavy-footed neighbors don't bother you, this is your best bet for some peace and quiet in this complex. I would have stayed, but the noise is ridiculous and it's just way too overpriced. I'd rather live ten minutes down the road for cheaper.
