no backing support, sorry i think you had a bad experience. i have dealt with the staff for a while they are busy so sometimes i have go in and talk to them in personal after sending an email. anytime i have talked to the staff they have been professional. if you talk to the maintenance guys they are willing to do little favors for you such as put curtain hangers up if you dont have the tools.
