Trashy complex in a great neighborhood

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
This dumb excuse for a complex is in a very good neighborhood and the price of rent would sugest that. However, the place has nothing special to offer. You could live in a place that really is a "luxury" apartment for the price of living here.

The staff is not made up of the sharpest tools in the shed either. They may have an urge to power trip, if you don?t remind them that you are a paying customer.
