well where do i start' when we first moved in, we were treated very well. that is before we signed on the dotted line. now, we cannot get things fixed (cracked tile, dishwasher, squeeking floors, etc. etc.). we left during the hurricane in fear that shelter cove my be blown to pieces. the maintenence people are always late coming to fix things, and most of the time have to be called numerous times. and as for the people in the office.... well lets just say that i have knives from the 1800s sharper than the people there. they do not like to work with residents here. however are only concerned with luring new people in. when answering their telephone they state "Its a great day at shelter cove can i help you" well lets just say since we have been here have not had a great day. there also seems to be a great problem with kids running and playing in the streets. i feel like drive 2mph just so they dont run out in front of my vehicle. once again the office does nothing about this matter... all of these things are negative and are violation of my lease. i also have yet to speak with a happy resident. this is my first apartment experience and thanks to shelter cove.....MY LAST!

You gave them much too high a rating. You should keep your comments but change the rating, 21% you got to be kidding me!!!
