Yes,
Some of the comments were right on the money.
Shelter Cove looks good and inviting, but once you sign that lease, that's when you find out the floors squeek, parking problems, LOUD ASS cars up and down the main road that leads you to the Condo and Townhomes. The apartment was not that clean when I moved in, and it reaped of bug spray. I decided to break my lease, that how unhappy I was with it. It does have ample closets, something I do like, and I did have a upgraded kitchen, but the flooring in the kitchen needed a major overhaul. The walls through out the apartment appeared old, you could actually see screws coming through the wall fixures. I would not say I would not recommend Shelter Cove, but I certainly would not recommend to any of my family members. I had seperated from my husband and thought I would enjoy my freedom, but one month in those squeeky old floors, and the smell of bug spray was enough to make me sick and realize the problems me and my husband had weren't so bad. I moved back to my modern clean home in Seven Oaks.
