We moved here last year and this place sucks!
Total waste of money. The doors fall off, the maint. sucks. Never want to fix anything. You basically got to do it yourself. Our key got stuck in the keyhole and no one showed up. We had no lock on our house door. The club house is nice, but that's it. Don't let them consume you into renting this place. Tell them "NO".
And the bathroom that they call master bathroom totally is a disgrace. It was so tiny. I'm an average person and I couldn't hardly even fit in there, let alone close the door. Forget it.
