Having been in college for the last 7 years, I have lived in numerous apartments in NC, PA and MD. THis is by far the worst I have ever been in!

Price- not bad considering the rent on other places in the area, but you definetly get what you pay for...crap! A similar apartment in PA or NC would cost roughly $400/mo, not $970!!! With the low rent you also get tenants who just got out of prison, or at least apear that way. I am not worried about walking around here at night, but I would be if I were a small female. I don't let my girlfriend walk in/out of here alone. The exterior of the buildings needs work, and the place is filled with riff-raff and undesirable people.

Maintenance- non-existant. The most incompetent maintenance staff you can imagine. You will have to request service multiple times, and when they do get around to it the job will not be done properly and you will have to call them again.

Interior- Disgusting when I moved in. Dust, filth and grime all over the bathroom, carpet stained, cracks in walls, broken window, stench of smoke eminating from the apartment below, noise, floors that creek loudly enough to keep one awake. Never had a problem with bugs, but I am very clean and spray RAID all over cracks and corners.
