As my husband & I say to each other when entering the complex of Shelter Cove......Welcome to the Gates of He**. Once inside, we say to each other, Welcome to the He** Hole.
The place is extremely run down. The floors are so bad that you hate to even walk on them due to the loud noises that they make.
The apartment we rented was freshened up with new paint and carpet. One would think that if you are laying carpet and the floors are making such a loud noise, you would screw down the sub floor. Not Shelter Cove!!
The employees at the Rental Office are Incompetent. Not only do they not know what they are doing, they can't even give you a straight answer or resolve any issues. The Maintenance Man is extremely lazy. Every time I see him, he is sitting in the Rental Office eating.
If anyone were to ask me my opinion of Shelter Cove, I would tell them to find another place to rent because this place is a dump!!!
