The management is really bad. They don't care about the plumbing which is something I have had problems with since day one. They act really sweet and nice when it comes to getting you into the apartment but once you are there its a different story. There is no one at Grady Management who actually does anything about your complaint so I wouldn't recommend renting from any of their properties.
