This was the worst experience I have ever been through. I had to have an apartment and thought that since it was close to base, it had to be decent. No way. If you doubt anything I am about to say in this review, go ahead and live there and you'll see what I and every other person that isn't trash is talking about. I had a first floor apartment and got robbed of everything except the plates and glasses in my kitchen. Now the question I ask is how the hell do you move an entire living room set (sofa, loveseat, end tables) out of an apartment and NO ONE sees anything' It was just my son and I and they even took his new art easel I bought him for Christmas. The day before we got the hell out of there (broke the lease, it was worth it) there was a drug deal RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY PATIO WINDOW! Never lived in a worse place and never will again. Neighbors are loud and drink on their balconies at night. Doesn't matter if it's the weekend or not. Who cares if you have to go to work the next day. Police were called for that too. There is no security whatsoever and maintenance never fixed one problem I ever had. You complain and complain and basically end up begging and they still ignore you. The staff is awful no matter how nice they seem when you sign the lease. After you sign, they make it obvious they do not want to speak with you about anything you might be calling them for. The manager is the worst, she doesn't even bother to pretend to be nice. She is openly rude. The laundry room (no washer/dryer in apartment) is totally sketchy and would be so easy for something really bad to happen in since you can lock the doors from the inside of them. And it's not even free laundry you have to buy a card and put money on it and it's like $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Not worth it. Plus, who would want to move in somewhere with an 18% rating'

I lived there in 2003 it is now 2009, YeHi I don't live thar anymo!!!! :) 21% rating you got to be kidding me.
