This should sum up what these apartments are like, and if you are smart you will think twice. There are bugs, mold, no maintenance to speak of, the office personnel in their defense is doing the best they can - which isn't much. You will pay for the following, but take note about how you receive them: assigned parking spot(which you can come home and find that it has been given to someone for their Corvette, which they will work on restoring the car right in the parking spot), pool - but it is not open 7 days a week (used to be until RAM showed up)and most days it is not open on time, you have to wait. They advertise these apartments $900 to...., but you won't get in here for less than $1000, unless of course you are military or someone special. Those of us who work for a living have to pay increases in rent to make up for the discounted people and that includes Sect 8 housing. You will at night find people celebrating in the parking lot with alcohol and drugs. Now none of this is wide spread, but for my money it shouldn't be happening at all, as the RAM employees live on property and you would think they would watch these things. Oh, and it was no large dogs, but now that has changed also. We have every type and breed, which people are supposed to clean up after their pet, and that isn't being done.
Choose for yourself, but after 6 years of watching this place go down the drain, I've had enough and just wanted to give a heads up to those thinking about Shelter Cove.

If you are so unhappy why stay for 6 years????? Makes no sense.
