No way - I've been at Riverscape for 5 years and I've had enough of the snotty, un-professional staff. I've been a perfect tenant for 5 years and they treat me like I'm totally replacable. Old town feel Riverscape is a nice community in a good location. I often have to drive to dc and baltimore and it sits right in the middle. The MARC is less than 10 mins away also so my commute it nothing in the morning. all the neighbors are nice, there are good schools and it's pricey

Was a great place My partner and I moved into the apartments in May 2001. I moved out in June 2008 after my partner's death. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. Any problems we had were handled professionally and quickly. The grounds were well kept and attractive.
