Good Apt - I moved in in September 2011, and everything is pretty good. some problems but ok as far as appts. are shelter cove faired well. grounds are well kept. Dean Myers is great, took time to talk to me about some problems i was having and someone came to fix them that day. some rude people live here, blasting music late at night yelling or honking horns

I am so glad to be out of there!!!!! This was the worst place I have ever lived. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot and management didn't care. We had a lot of issues inside the apartment that maintenance had to constantly address. But the maintenance men were extremely friendly

Lived here for 10 years This complex was very nice, very clean. The office staff is professional and maintenance is the greatest I have seen. They are always doing something to the grounds (paving the parking lot, planting flowers, etc)

Nice area, but we call the apts "Tiny Orchard" As far as space goes, not well designed.
Be prepared to rent storage space.
Also, there is a very noisy neighbor upstairs. Loud thumping most of the time. Other than that... never hear the neighbors beside or below.
