i have lived in falcon crest for almost a year. the 1 bedroom apartment is huge (980 sq. feet) and newly renovated. i have had absolutely no problems there and would definately recommend. the apartments are clean and utilities are not bad. overall, you cant really beat what you get for the price. my only complaint is the noise level from the upstairs . . . but that isn't even that bad
