Really not bad...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I've been in a one bed room apt for about a year and am about to move into a two bed room. The complex is clean and pretty quiet (except for the kids). The apartments have new appliances and are pretty large (almost 1K sq. ft.). There is also plenty of parking. I really can't complain.
