If you own pets, they get you with a deposit AND $25 each for each pet. (Makes sense for dogs, that is, if they ever refilled the plastic bag dispensers, so you can clean up if your dog goes one more time than you bring bags for.) Why this charge for cats' And getting repairs is an iffy thing. Do not use the link on their site to ask for repairs, it will go into a black hole. Don't need a repair on a weekend, you will wait until late Monday to get a repair. (Nice, when it's your toilet and it's backed up :( ) But the people living here are nice.
