Expensive if you own pets

They charge you $25/month each for pets, but don't give you anything for them. There are pet poo cans and bag dispensers, but they haven't been stocked (or emptied out) for months. Today, I needed to get my critically ill cat out, but they have not dug us out of the snow, even when I called because I could not get my car out. (Fortunately, the neighbors here are terrific, and they did it for me.) Plus you pay for water, in fact, I don't think ANY utilities are included in the rent, which is high. They are slow on maintenance requests. Plus, they let someone on the sex crimes registry live here. I plan to move soon.
