I moved to falcon crest from NY; it was great at first, it was spacious and a good value for my money. The apartment had a washer and dryer inside. Then one day when I came home from work my ceiling was on the floor leaving an extremely large hole exposing my to any number of molds. Not only that, it was later determined that there were problems in the wall so now I am left if a big hole in my ceiling as well as as a large section of my wall open, no covering, just open. For all the mess, I received very little restitution. DO NOT LIVE THERE, THE APARTMENTS ARE A STRUCTURAL DEATH TRAP.
