Looking at this goofy pledge, I should have had my stay there for free (they couldn't pay me enough to go back). Since the pledge breaking happened every day, I should have had my rent refunded for everyday I lived there.

"You will be treated fairly, honestly, and courteously by a team of caring professionals."
Where do I start with this lie' First of all, no professionals work there. Secondly, they do not know what fairness, honesty, and courtesy would look like.

"We will help you feel at home.....by providing social activities to help you get acquainted with your neighbors"
That includes daily hanging out with the neighborhood drug dealers, or you can go outside and watch the neighbors kids for them as they damage property you've worked so hard to obtain.

Don't ever think of moving to this place.
