Been at this property for yrs, moved from one court to where i am now to get away from the noise was quiet at first, but just like one reviewer says, children run this property damaging cars, no parental supervison, too many foreigners talking loud outside and inside of their houses. Rental office staff is worthless, dogs running rampant. Am looking for quiet place to live. I work nights and rental office told me that i was being too demanding wanting quiet in the day time. neighbors outside all hours of night talking loud just like in daytime. Numerous calls to police are a waste of time If anyone knows of quiet neighborhood in owings mills please let me know. there is a reason why COPS are given a 5% discount to live here
Second rental wth home prooperties and my last have friends who live at other owings mills home properties with the same problems. only concerned with renting empties. Schools are terrible filled with illegals had to put my son in private school. Parents empy out their house around 8:30 am to 8-9 at nighParking lot is a play ground. Have to keep son inside due to all the kid fights. Lease not up til dec but looking for place to moove. If you have kids stay away and if you don't definitely stay away HOME PROPERTIES IS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

Got that right. Edward Pettinella is a bonafide moron! How he is qualified to be a CEO of anything above an ant farm is beyond my understanding!

Home Properties doesn't give a crap about us, as long as we keep paying rent. They don't do crap for the residents other than those dog and pony shows with the stale food and crappy parties. But god forbid you don't pay rent by the 5th, they come after you with a vengeance. Try asking them for windows that don't let out 25% of your heat each winter, see how that goes. I hope the CEO chokes on his food.
