I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY from this place. I moved in here, just because they were the only ones who would allow large dogs ( a 60 pound collie mix). It didnt take long for me to realize my mistake. As some of the other reviewers have pointed out, its the residents who ruin this place, and the staff who ignores all problems. The staff put up a good front of showing concern, but dont get suckered in. the are ignorant and rude. The noise is unbearable, the drug-dealing is constant, the "people" who live there are the worst humanity has to offer. I moved out nine months ago, and I have been happy ever since. Run away, run away! It is not worth the money you pay. Parking is first come first served. No need for an alarm clock. Trash trucks wake you up 6:00 am in the morning. The staff does not tell the truth. They document every little thing. When you owe money, they put court notices on everyones door to embarrass you.

The Baltimore County district court posts the failure to pay rent notices in accordance with what Maryland Law requires. Don't want that to happen? You can try contacting your state rep to tell them you want the law changed but the more immediate way to avoid this embarrassment is to pay your rent on time.

Trena2, I lived on Pittston Circle. And I hated every moment of it. I had nothing but problems with both my fellow residents and with the staff. Nothing but human garbage there. Hopefully, for your sake, you will have better luck. Otherwise, start looking now to move when your lease is up.

Gulp! Thanks for the insight Val. I will keep my fingers crossed.

You don't have to be late on the rent to get that notice on your door. The idiots in the office don't record it when tenants pay their rent sometimes so people get embarassed. That is the fault of the staff because they're too lazy to do the jobs they are paid to do. You must enjoy teenagers walking around with a joint in one hand and a beer in the other. I don't and I definitely don't appreciate my children being exposed to that garbage!!

173 Pittston Circle, you were by far one of the nosiest pieces of trash that lived on Pittston Circle. You say Jacky was the best? That stupid ----- would lie to her own mother. You know how you tell she was lying? Her mouth was open. The whole place sucks, and so do most of the "people" living there, if you want to call them that. I prefer to call them Oxygen Thieves. I broke my lease because it was worth paying 2 months penalty to get away from you people.

For your information, I was not a noisy neighbor at all. It was only 2 of us in the house and both had jobs and went to school. mY daugther never came outside to play because was involoved in recreational activities. I think if you spent as much time self evaluating yourself as you do talking about people you dont even know, then maybe you would be able to live life and stop sitting in your house looking out the window at everyone else. And for the record, my neighbors were the best...the Jamaican people were great to live next to. But, like I said thats when I lived there in 2005, things could be different.
