We moved here in 2004 onto Pittston Circle. It started out OK but progressively got worse. You can only let so much of a certain element (read into this) before the area goes downhill. The new management (-------------and Company) are a bunch of idiots who dress and act like they're high dollar whores, but they're nothing but white trash. Try getting an appointment to talk to the manager ------, it'll take you weeks. That is, if you continually pester them for an appointment. You first get the shrug off and they say she's too busy, then they just stop returning calls. Your best bet to meet her is when the County Police are out chasing down a thug (which is quite often), because she'll be out there hanging all over them sniffing their holsters. When you say something to a neighbor (292 Pittston) about dancing out in the street and playing their music so loud you can hear it 10 houses down, they accuse you of being prejudiced. Evidently, the race card works very well in this community. Don't let them fool you with their "green initiative" where they worry about saving electricity, etc. The windows draft worse than anything. The electric bill in the summer will cost you approximately $300 for a 890sq.ft. house. No, you can't get new windows either, even if Home Properties asks you about the windows specifically every year in their annual "We Pretend To Care survey." And the trash removal comes when it feels like it. We were told it was twice a week, but it usually only happens on Tuesdays. Oh well, just throw your trash on the ground, like most of the thugs here. They don't take the trash out themselves, they let their little thug-lets do it who can't reach the dumpsters, so it ends up all over the place. And the trash company breaks County noise laws by coming before 6am and slamming the dumpsters all around so it wakes you up regardless of how many windows are closed. Hopefully you won't mind being inundated with circulars in your door every day either. I probably get about 14 circulars in the door for pizza and chinese food a week. Most people just let them blow all over the grounds, making it look even nicer. When you move in, make sure you keep a copy of your inspection. They hire these -----------who just spray paint over anything without cleaning it. You should see the amount of hair that has just been clumped up and painted over.

All in all, this place sucks the big fat one. I wouldn't live here if you paid me.

Falconsuck was dead on. They pull that race card crap at their convenience. ------doesn't do a thing, but sit on her butt and collect a paycheck and then make false accusations against tenants and she is also a compulsive liar. I personally have caught her in 4 lies! They hired some idiot named --- who when you call on the weekends to report service problems, she NEVER writes them down and you sit there wondering why they're not fixing something. You call a few days later and --- never put in a work order. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to the tenants here. Also, if you complain to --- about all of the trash, glass, food and drug baggies laying around telling her it looks ghetto, she tells you that "this ain't no whitey neighborhood". and when you tell her she's a racist bit#*, she claims you used the "N" word and says she was threatened. And then ------does her typical thing, NOTHING but evict tenants who pay their rent on time, don't cause any problems but because they complain and aren't going to listen to racist remarks, get evicted. Stay away from Falcon Crest. They even charge their tenants for water, 26.00 a month just for 2 people. And the insulation here sucks which results in 250.00 electric bills. Find another place. This is a thug neighborhood and a run down facility!!

It's funny that most of these reviews come from people who have been evicted. More than most of the residents at Falcon Crest enjoy the community and the schools. Unfortunatley, some people try and make it bad for others and mistake renting for owning the property! Some people are so unhappy with themselves they sit around and lookout the window to try andd blame someone or something for the reason they don't have a job or anything else to do but to post all kinds of nonsence.. Good luck if it was so bad why did you not move but instead get evicted??

Hey anonymous who claims that these responses are from people who have been evicted, you're the waste of space with no life. You must be banging ------ or --- or whatever skank is working in the office. The only thing that so-called management staff can do is pull their little race card! It's pathetic and an insult to people who have been truly discriminated against or faced racism. I'm sure that is what MLK died for so that real racists like ------ and --- can scream and shout and whip out that almight race card! Why don't you go step on a piece of glass lying around on the ground, smoke a big fat joint from one of the thugs running around or pay out of pocket for the damage that is done to your personal property because the parents in that "hood" are too damn lazy to watch their kids, especially ---! Her kids stay out for hours on end and she not once checks on them. A pedophile's dream situation! And what the hell is the difference in renting and owning when it comes to paying that money at the beginning of the month? Money doesn't just grow on trees. Most people have to earn unlike someone like you who I'm sure gets their government hand outs. So what do you have to lose? Paying rent or mortgages, it's all the same. You expect something in return either way. To make that statement is ridiculous! Are you that uneducated?
