Stay far away from Falconcrest. The management is horrible. The manager is lazy and refuses to do her job. She hires morons who couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag! They do nothing about the teenagers hanging all over the place late at night being extremely loud. Cops are called out here all of the time. They go up on the rent drastically when you renew your lease. It is loud and nasty here. Trash all over the place. I stepped on broken glass which is part of the norm around here. Not only that, people walk around on the premises smoking dope and the management REFUSES to help tenants out. Dangerous apartment complex. If you can get out, I recommend you do so. The management is worse than lazy....we can only hope they make minimum wage because they deserve as much! Hopefully all of the thug tenants there will turn on each other! This is exactly what happens in a Section 8 community where people are given things and not earning them!
