This place is by far the worst apt complex i'v ever lived in. The loud kids/teenagers are out in packs here screaming at the top of their lungs. From time to time they try to break into your cars and the office says well they are just actint out. Nothing is done about them ever, the cops are called in all the time by they cant do anything. With the constant screaming and cursing you cant even open up your windows it only gets better in the winter time when its cold and they stay inside. Constant drug use on the premises. When we moved in my wife thought she smelled gas. The moron that came to look at it said he didnt smell anything. It went on like that for about a year we complain they come in and dont do anything. Untill we called BGE and they said we'v had a gas leak for a while. Stay away from this place like the plauge its a ghetto. I cant wait for my lease to end. We should have been out 1 year ago but they pulled a lease automaticaly renews itself if you dont notify them 2 months in advance on us(it costs you 2 monhts rent to end it early). Of course we wern't told about this when we signing our lease the first time.

Exactly! The whole place is the hood at its worst and should be avoided!!

Be careful calling it the hood, the colored folks will get your for being prejudiced!
