I wouldn't live in this hole even if they offered me tons of money to do so! The management (Stacey Green) and her other cronies are the most incompetent idiots that have ever worked for Falcon Crest. All they're worried about is making sure their nails get done and acting like they're hot stuff for the cops. You know, the Baltimore County goofs who come out and hang out in the office instead of patrolling the neighbor-HOOD. They're in there trying to get their rocks off in the office instead of catching the numerous kids selling and smoking marijuana (and god knows what other drugs) out in public.

The idiot in charge of collecting rent will send you a notice that your rent is late, even if you have paid it on time. Then they won't update the records when you argue about it and show receipts, and then they have a yellow court notice taped to your door. Then they want to charge you $51 for court costs that should've never occurred. I went to court several times because of their stupidity and got each court cost dropped, because I had receipts.

They charge $26/month for water that tastes like crap, and is always only half working because the main lines are rusted and constantly breaking on High Falcon Road. The windows are crap, even though Home Properties asks you about your windows each year- they leak worse than the Titanic after hitting the iceberg. For a 960 sq.ft. home, you pay approximately $250-300/month in electric, even if you're conservative.

The idiots taking calls for maintenance requests rarely get them right. I've had maintenance come out several times for the wrong thing, because La'Que'Qua or some other idiot with 4 apostrophes in her name can't read or write anything but ebonics.

Then when we went to transfer out of this craphole, they wanted to charge me $500 even though I was transferring to another Home Properties facility in another county. $500' For what' To send me a piece of paper that they received my notice I was leaving'

The people living in Falcon Crest, specifically 292 Pittston Circle, are nothing but trash. I don't care what color they are, (predominantly black FYI), they are all garbage. They throw their trash wherever the hell they want. They are loud as hell, cursing, screaming, fighting, singing, dancing in the middle of the street at all hours of the night. Then when you say something to them or complain to the office, they accuse you of being racist/prejudiced. They know how to play that race card real well, because they're uneducated trash who know nothing else. And they let their stupid dogs run around unleashed because they are piss poor excuses for humans, let alone animal owners. And don't try to walk in the yards, because they let their dogs crap everywhere without cleaning up after them. And if you have to cross the street to get to your car, be careful. Most of them will drive 50 mph on Pittston circle, they won't see you because they're yapping on their cell phones and have that garbage thug music blasting away.

I hope the whole complex burns to the ground. The best thing that can happen to that garbage pit is to burn with most of the trash trapped inside. This place is the most unsafe place I have ever lived. Thank god we got out when we did. At least the other place is nice and quiet, and does not have thug trash living there.

Oh, and Falcon Crest does not do background checks on people. They do not ensure that only the people on the lease live in the houses either. Go to 292 Pittston Circle and watch them sleep/live in shifts. There's 5 adults and 3 children and a dog living in a 960sqft 2 bedroom place.

I agree with most of what this person says but one thing I DO NOT agree with is about the dogs without leashes. I don't see a problem with dogs off leashes as long as they are not aggressive and their being off leashes has nothing to do with someone cleaning up after their dogs. Why punish dogs? They need to run. When I lived in that hellhole, I let my dogs run and play as much as possible. I'd like for whoever posted this complaint to be cooped up 24/7 without ever having the option of running free. I don't think you'd like it much. I'm offended by that blanket statement. I take good care of my dogs, I cleaned up after them so to lump all dog people at Falcon Crest into the same category is just wrong. But everything else is dead on. Stacey Green and her clan are costing Home Properties tons of fees in fraudulent court papers. I wouldn't let them clean up after my dogs much less run my business into the ground!

I also agree with the statement that was made about Falcon Crest, before Stacey came the manager before that kept things in order. I dont know what happen to her but it seemed they all left (the good ones anyway). But one thing I dont agree with is the use of the words them people and thugs. I am a ------- American female and I live there for 2 years at 173 Pittston Circle. Near one time did I ever have alot of company over or drive my car crazy or even let my child outside. That being said I think you should make it clear that you are upset with one group of people that all reside in one place instead of making it seem as though it was multiple people in different locations. Falcon Crest was a nice place but unfortuantely until neighbors gather a petition and send it to the regional manager, nothing will be done.

You know it's really not about playing the race card. However, the way that you describe a certain race is displaying some racial behavior. What does education have to do with anything? I know individals of all ethnicities who behavior is outrageous. I understand your frustration about rude neighbors because I too have had my share. I just wanted to let you know that I am very intelliget, 4.0 GPA, and pursing a doctorate degree in psychology. So with that in mind, "you people" such as my self are intelligent and ignorance which is the lack of knowledge clearly is displayed in your statement.

Right, a college educated person living in Falcon Crest? Strayer University doesn't count, it's just a diploma mill. But carry-on, whatever makes you feel better. Anyone who has to try and convince others about how intelligent they are probably are not.
