Do not rent a Falcon Crest, please trust me! I know alot of people have one bad experience at a place and they talk bad about it, well with this place, it is not true. As I am sitting here writing this on my laptop, the neighbors are blasting there music and my walls are shaking. This is everyday. When you first go to the leasing office they will make this place out to be the greatest place in the world. Tell you all kinds of lies about how its a nice quiet neighborhood with no crime. They will even tell you that Ravens players live here, come on now. I make only 40k a year, and I think this place sucks. They also won't tell you that the majority of the Falcon Crest is section 8. There is only like 3 houses in my neighborhood who is not section 8. So I am paying big bucks while they are paying hardly anything. Stacy Green is the so called manager. She is the one that leased me this place and told me nothing but lies. Once you sign the leasing paper, she turns into a ----- and doesn't care about you and what happens to you after that. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything going on next to you and when you tell the leasing office they just send a letter out to them telling them to quiet down. That sure does work. We called the police on our neighrbors once and nothing was done about that as well, they just got louder. The maintenance people steal things from your home and nothing gets down about it. They track mud all over your place when they come in. There is always trash over flowing in the dumpster. The water doesn't work alot because mains are always breaking. Your bge bill will be extremely high because the windows are very thin and hold nothing in. They paint over hair on the walls before new people move in. There is no assigned parking, but your neighbors with complain if they think you are in there spot. Most of the people that live her have bed bugs and roaches. They send out notices when you aren't even late on your rent. Stupid memos are sent out all the time telling you what you can't do. They don't allow you to have a grill, they will throw it away. There is kids hanging out in the streets all hours of the night. The leasing office people are extremely nasty to you. Please do not move here, I was told from a co-worker that this place was nice. Do not listen to anybody that tells you that, they must be blind and deaf. This place is a complete joke. My neighbors are the most disrespectful people I have ever met and most of the people in the neighborhood are the same way. I am moving out of here in 3 months and I cannot wait! I am leaving before my lease even ends! I take the long way home from work just to keep myself from having to be here. I even go and spend the night over friends houses on the weekends, just so I don't have to be here. This is the most depressing place I have ever lived in. Please trust me, do not and I mean do not rent a place here, you will regret it for an entire year like I am!

You got everything right but the maintenance people. They are the only decent people in this place. But you're dead on about Stacey. She's a worthless bit.ch.

Honestly it sounds like you need to buy a home , your not happy with anything you do and what would you do if you had these issues in your house ? Your not at a luxury apt. complex!!! If you want people to be at your beck and call and everything to be brand new ( cuz its not going to always happen in a apt. ) you need to spend more money and take yourself somewhere else and stop complaining , none of theses properties around here take section 8 except 1 and I know that for a fact so before you start making assumptions get your facts correct.

I believe you...no reason to lie. I lived there years, years ago and knew that Falcon Crest was accepting Section 8 on the low. Towards the end, it got real sh&tty. The loud music, the kids hanging out at night and smoking weed. Timbercroft isn't the only subsidized housing complex in that area *rolling eyes*.
