I used to be a resident at Falcon Crest Apartments and if you are debating on whether or not to sign a lease there take my advice and dont do it! Almost every night last summer there were fights I would wake up 2AM in the morning to girls getting beat up in the parking lot by grown men. Grown women fighting and getting their shirts ripped off. The people next door had someone break in the window and they came beating on my door. The guys downstairs from me had a 12 year old girl in their apartment when the girls whole family came over there and they got into a big fight outside. And thats not even the worst part these guys came through the parking lot literally shooting up cars last summer looking for someone and went in their apt. and couldnt find them. The woman just had a baby and they were coming over there to do who knows what to her. Police were everywhere blocking off the entrance to my street it was crazy. The kids are so bad their parents do not care what they do they sit on the stairs all night long yelling fighting and screaming. Practically everyone has loud parties people getting all drunk on the porch. Drug dealers everywhere. It sucks and not to mention the office staff are so incompetent you should see the memos they send out the had a hard time spelling "apartments" . seriously. its nothing but hell I promise!
