We lived here for two years and our first week the back bedroom flooded (not from the washer/dryer unit). They dried the carpet but even when we moved in they never gave us fresh carpet-- they just cleaned the old one and I think dogs lived in it before us. The grounds are covered in dog poo because no one scoops. There are people evicted into the parking lot more than rarely. There are not enough trash bins so by the weekend trash is overflowing. They built little fences to block the view of the trash but it is still gross. The insulation is poor so winter bills are high. Our appliances never worked well. The dryer never dried things and the dishwasher was terrible and leaked. We had it repaired 3 times eventhough it was clear we needed a new one. The kitchen was tiny and could barely fit anything in the cabnets. There is almost no closet space. Our neighbors above us were extremely loud. We could hear their tv, kids, even them having sex. We could not report them because the man was a state trooper. We could not wait to move. By the way, both trees in front of the apartment died.
