Overall, this is not a bad apartment for the price. Walls are thin - I constantly heard my neighbors TV downstairs. Parking is decent, there's almost always a space but I'd harldy call it ample.
The tile floors are DISGUSTING - I think they're the original tile from when the place was built, and they're permanently covered in grease.
The appliances, especially the washer/dryer, were all built in the 1980s and are incredibly outdated.
The grounds aren't kept well, and most of the grass is covered in dog ----. That combined with the groups of kids starting to roam around at night, was enough to leave a bad impression on me.
