As I read through some of the other reviews, I'm not sure if they are talking about the same community I live in! Allyson Gardens 2 is a great place to live!





I think the grounds are very well kept and I see the guys out every day cleaning up trash so there is nothing to complain about!





My appliances have never given me any problems, I love the fact that I have my own washer and dryer so I dont have to worry about when I'll get a chance to do my laundry.



I also like how I?m back by the woods, but I only have to drive 5 minutes to catch the metro to work!





The office staff is so nice, after a maintenance request is completed they call back a few days later to make sure everything was fixed properly, it just shows how hard they work to make sure you are happy in your home.





I've lived in other apartment communities and I've never renewed my lease at any of them, in fact I couldn't wait to leave some of them!! But here I feel at home and intend to stay, I finally found a great apartment!
