Good Size, Awful Heat Bills, Unfriendly Agents

Decent sizes for decent prices...but they rip you off on the heat bill. I was gone for a whole month with the heat off and my bill was $200 so they say. The leasing agents are not friendly or very cooperative, they act like it's a bother to help you when it's really their jobs!!! Not the safest area or well maintained.
