Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We have lived here for almost one year and we were expecting to live here for another year; however we got a certified letter saying they would not renew our lease and they were not obligated to say why, keep in mind we have NEVER been late on our rent and we have not recieved any complaints, still wondering why we have to move from our home. Other than that the parking is great, the staff incomptitent and uneducated. Also you have to mail your rent not take it to the leasing office and if you forget to mail it on time, have a nice ride down right in the center of baltimore city. The pool is nice and is well kept. Neighborhood not so nice, our cars have been broken into once and everything stolen, be careful.
