The apartments are infested with snakes. it is horrible more so in the summer. avoid the basement and first floors if you can. You could be watching TV and out of nowhere glides a snake in your livingroom. Complaints to management are normally met with responses such as "you live in a wooded area, what do you expect" STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY

It's true. Although I have never actually had one IN my apartment, I see them in the breezeways, on the sidwalks and in the parking lot. They are HUGE, too. About 5 feet long and an inch or two thick. Not poisonous, but VERY creepy.
